The Company is transitioning to technology-led omnichannel model, and is aiming to become the largest player in the bakery space in India. The process of building this business will involve scaling consumer footprint, processes, distribution and technology systems for delivery, operations and production to support several thousands of orders per day, and solving the supply chain, logistics and technology challenges that come with rapid scale.
