Flight Fitness Studio Corp
At Flight Fitness Studio©, we strive to customize the perfect plan for each of our students. Each individual has unique goals, which we embrace. We consider pole to consist of fitness, dance, and art. Each 8-week series will include elements of each.
Along with pole, there are key elements that help further a student's abilities and growth: Flexibility, Strength, and Flow. These classes can be added weekly.
Before any student can register for classes, she must have pole experience or take one of our introductory classes. Multiple Intro to Pole classes are scheduled each month.
A few times a month we offer specialty classes or workshops that are taught by current studio instructors, local talent, or professionals. These classes are, but not limited to, floor work, nemesis tricks, choreography, chair dance, etc.
Whether you are celebrating a birthday, honoring a bride to be, or enjoying a girls' night out, our studio is available to you as a rental or for a private party.
Our other alternative fitness classes include: Hoop Dance, Teen Pole Fitness, Chair Dance, Pole Silks, Aerial Yoga, Lyra, and Bellydance.
